We created this herbal liqueur and then let it mature in single malt whiskey barrels. The herbal aromas, combined with the flavors of single malt whiskey, create an extraordinary product and harmonize in a special and new way.
Nose: A hint of forest honey combined with slight bitterness of fresh herbs.
Taste: Fine citrus notes crossed with vanilla and sage with a slightly lingering spice.
