Bird of Prey Single Malt Whisky Peated

After initial maturation in ex-bourbon casks, this peated single malt whiskey was subjected to further maturation in sherrywood.

Nose: Sweet, peaty, fine sherry notes; a hint of white pepper, ginger as well as vanilla and pear

Taste: Creamy; followed by pepper and peat; smoky flavors become increasingly stronger and spread throughout the mouth; Sherry notes followed by fine aromas of tropical fruits
