We have been working with the Carl Jung wine distillery in Rüdesheim for many years. With this we selected an eight-year-old “Riesling wine distillate” that had matured in oak barrels and let it mature into a special brandy in our cellars in red wine and sherry barrels. We consciously avoid color adjustment with caramel and the use of types such as extracts from green walnuts and almond shells.
Color: Gold
Smell: Floral, fruity, a complex red wine note. Aromas of young grapes, dark cherries and apricots
Taste: A deep red wine note, enveloped in a subtle sweetness. Slightly mineral. It is reminiscent of dried fruits.
