Kammer-Kirsch has been distilling fine fruit brandies using a traditional distillation process since 1909. With the new OBSTBRAND GOURMET SERIES, the distillery manufacturer is continuing this tradition. Today, as then, double distillation is carried out on copper stills (pot stills) using an artisanal process. The distiller alone controls the distillation process by hand every day - without the use of computers or other modern technology. Our fruit brandies are first distilled from ripened fruits using a double distillation process and then matured in our temperature-resistant cellars.
