Black Forest app (Apple Brandy distilled from Apples)

BLACK FOREST app is a new spirit that cannot be pigeonholed into any category. The interaction of apple brandy and various botanicals creates a fruity and at the same time aromatic and varied spirit, which is reminiscent of the Black Forest region in all its facets. The basis of our BLACK FOREST app is an apple brandy produced using traditional distillation. This is first obtained from ripened, fermented apples using a double distillation process. Berries and botanicals are then added and then cold macerated. This macerate made from apple brandy and botanicals is then distilled again and then matured in clay jugs. Botanicals that are popular include bitter orange peel, cinnamon, juniper berries and limes.
